Applying a rollerball essential oil blend is simple and effective. Start with clean, dry skin to help the scent or oil absorb better. Gently shake the bottle if needed, then remove the cap and roll the applicator over pulse points such as the wrists, neck, behind the ears, or the inner elbows. Apply light pressure while rolling to ensure an even application without overusing the product.

Best Use Case:

For deeper relaxation or therapeutic benefits, you can also apply to the temples, chest, or soles of the feet. Allow the oil to absorb naturally without rubbing it in, and reapply as needed throughout the day for a lasting effect.
