Shipping policy

Shipping & Orders:

NaturalBella’s site is in CDN Dollars. But we ship to the USA, Europe and of course Canada. If you encounter any problems at the checkout please contact us right away so you can have the best experience possible.

Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation.

We will do our best to immediately ship out your product, within 24-48 hours. We use Canada Post and can provide you with tracking when you provide us with your email address during your purchase. We do our best to ship quickly however there may be time delays that are out of our control. Please understand that if your package is crossing any borders you will be responsible for other costs like customs or duties or regional taxes.

Should you refuse to accept your package please know that once returned to us we will not be able to refund the shipping fees. Thank you for your understanding.

We believe in NaturalBella so much that we are happy to refund any products within 30 Days after purchase. Please send back your unopened products to NaturalBella after you have spoken with us at janet@ntrlbella.com

All we will ask is that you take care of the cost to ship back your item for return.

*We always suggest with any new product that you begin using, you do a patch test to make sure you do not have any sensitivities.
