Organic Carrier oils of Coconut & Grapeseed, organic essential oils of: Patchouli, Cedarwood, Lavender, Chamomile, Sweet Orange, Benzoin, Vetiver, Clove, Basil.

Apply to your wrist and or chest and inhale deeply to the count of 4 hold the count of 4 exhale for the count of 4 hold again for 4. Feel yourself calm and become present in the moment.This blend is helpful for anxiety, scattered behaviour, clumsiness, avoidance of issues or tasks and will help to create a general feeling of calm within.
