Pour 1/2 cup of the organic essential oil infused salts into your running bath, creating a relaxing and grounding experience.

Best Use Case:

Add approximately ½ cup of the bath soak to warm running bath water. Swirl the water to help dissolve the salts. Soak for 20–30 minutes, allowing the organic essential oils and Epsom salts to soothe your muscles, calm your mind, and restore balance. Use during your evening wind-down or anytime you need to create space for rest and relaxation. For external use only.
