Distilled H2O, Sunflower Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Vitamin E, Jojoba Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyercerin, Shea Butter, Apricot Shell (exfoliant), Medium Chain Triglyceride, Carbomer, Citric Acid, Glyceryl, Monostearate, Alcohol Free Witch Hazel, Essential oils of: Lavender, Rose, Geranium, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Peppermint, Teatree, Chamomile, Neroli Floral Water, Chamomile Floral Water

Wash the face and then apply the scrub to the skin, using gentle circular movements across the forehead, cheeks and chin. Rinse off the scrub and pat the skin dry before applying toner and then Acne and oily face cream.
