Combination of pure essential oils and Garcinia Cambogia Extract encourages the body to move fluid and tighten the skin. I always recommend dry brushing prior to applying the oil blend. Shake before use, apply in circular motion from ankle to groin and wrist to shoulder. Apply to abdomen beginning at right hip moving up to right rib cage then across to under left rib cage then down to left hip. Move in a circular motion several times over the abdomen.

Grapeseed Oil, Coconut Oil, Essential Oils of: Geranium, Thyme, Lemon, Calry Sage, Cypress, Cedarwood, Juniper berry, Sweet Orange, Black Pepper, Spearmint, Fennel, Grapefruit, Garcinia Cambogia Extract.
