Combination of pure essential oils and Garcinia Cambogia Extract encourages the body to move fluid and tighten the skin. I always recommend dry brushing prior to applying the oil blend. Shake before use, apply in circular motion from ankle to groin and wrist to shoulder. Apply to abdomen beginning at right hip moving up to right rib cage then across to under left rib cage then down to left hip. Move in a circular motion several times over the abdomen.

Consistency: Thin, light in colour, can have a greenish/yellow tinge.
Aromatic Summary: Bergamot is from the Citrus family, it has a citrus scent that is warm and spicy. It can remind us of Neroli but not as deep an aroma.
Blends well with: Lavender, Geranium, Vetiver, Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Sweet Orange, Basil, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang, Chamomile
Product Abstract: The Bergamot tree can grow up to four meters high, with star-shaped flowers, and smooth oval leaves, bearing citrus fruit resembling a miniature orange. The fruit ripens from green to yellow. Named after the city Bergamo in Lombardy where the oil was first sold.
Bergamot is helpful with anxiety, depression, loss of appetite, gas, acne, cold sores, skin conditions, fevers to name a few.
In this variety, the bergaptene content which causes photosensitivity has been removed. This allows the Bergamot to be used in skin and hair care formulations without concern for phototoxicity after exposure to the sun. As with all essential oils do not use neat or ingest at any time.

Description: A thin, golden yellow to orange or brown liquid.
Aromatic Summary: A middle note of strong aroma, Cedarwood Atlas Oil has a woody, sweet, scent that is sharper than Virginian Cedarwood, and slightly reminiscent of mothballs.
Blends well with: Neroli, Clary Sage, Vetiver, Juniper, Ylang Ylang, Rosemary, Bergamot and Lavender. Cedarwood was used by the Egyptians for embalming purposes, cosmetics, and perfumery.

Product Abstract: Eucalyptus Radiata is also known as Narrow-Leaved Peppermint. The young trees have oval bluish-green leaves while the mature trees develop long, narrow, yellowish leaves, creamy-white flowers and a smooth, pale grey bark. Eucalyptus leaves are the favourite food of Koalas, and have been used as traditional medicine by the aboriginal peoples of Australia. Eucalyptus Radiata is preferred over Eucalyptus Globulus because it is less harsh. Especially when using with children (Globulus is not recommended for use with children)
Cautions: Avoid if you have high blood pressure or epilepsy. For external use only, do not ingest. Dilute your essential oils in a carrier oil, cream or Epsom salts. Do not apply neat on the skin as it can cause irritations.
